Hey, I’m Cate

I’m a therapist for people with anxious, people-pleasing, or perfectionist tendencies who struggle with self-worth and boundaries. 💁‍♀️ You may feel disconnected from your true self, unsure of who you really are, and find it challenging to create healthy relationships.

My approach is rooted in three key areas: Attachment Theory, Nervous System Regulation, and Inner Parts Work. Together, we’ll explore how early relationships taught you to adapt to feel accepted, often at the cost of your authentic self. We’ll focus on regulating the nervous system to heal these attachment wounds and create a sense of safety within. Using somatic practices and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I’ll help you unlearn conditioned patterns, honor the parts of yourself you’ve had to hide, and reconnect with who you truly are.
