I help people return to their authentic selves by healing attachment wounds, calming the nervous system, and unlearning the patterns that hold them back.
I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate in Texas, with a master’s degree from Abilene Christian University, and my work focuses on helping clients find their way back to their authentic selves. But if you’d asked me not too long ago, I’d have told you I was just “highly motivated,” “great at everything,” and “good at keeping it all together.” Then, during a pivotal therapy session, a therapist gently pointed out that what I called “drive” was actually anxiety—and suddenly, so much made sense.
Since then, I’ve been on my own journey of rediscovering the parts of myself I’d set aside over the years to feel connected and accepted—including coming out as gay, which deepened my understanding of authenticity. These experiences fuel my passion for helping others explore how early attachments, anxiety, and perfectionistic patterns shape their lives. Now, as a wife and mom to two little girls, I work with clients who, like me, have navigated self-doubt, people-pleasing, and the feeling of “not enough.” My approach integrates somatic therapy, attachment-based psychoeducation, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients unlearn conditioned patterns that may have once protected them but now stand in the way of living a more connected and fulfilling life.
If you’re ready to start letting go of what no longer serves you and reconnect with the person you’ve always been underneath it all, I’d love to help you along the way. Healing isn’t about becoming someone else; it’s about returning to yourself.
